M sampler program T&C’s + Returns Information

Your satisfaction is important to us. We have developed a special testing program. You will receive your order with a mini size of the same product you have bought for FREE. Try this mini size and see if you want to keep the full size. If you love the mini, then keep both! If you don't love it then return the full size product with all safety seals intact within 30 days for a product refund less $4.00 for return shipping & handling.
Please email our customer service team to process the return at service@mirenesse.com for instructions. Once the product is received back at our warehouse, your credit will be processed. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s policies

Refunds are only available on selected items identified with the M Mini Sampler Program.

Here’s how it works:

1. Please contact us at service@mirenesse.comand let us know you tried a product from our M Sampler program, and you were not satisfied. To ensure a speedy process, please include your order number and any other additional information we may need.
2. Please allow us 1-2 business days to reply to your inquiry to let you know your next steps.
3. Once you have received your next steps, please fill in all the required details so we can resolve your return inquiry as quickly as possible.
4. You will then be provided with a returns address, and once our warehouse receives your return, we will process a full refund for the full-size product(s) 

Things to consider:

• THIS PROMOTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS FOR NOW! We are doing everything we can to have this program available world-wide!
• Some products will be excluded from this program
• If you do not love your product, your return will be eligible for a refund or a store credit for your purchase
• All products that are being returned must not be used, and in their original packaging. Your return will not be accepted if the full-size has been opened
• We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. If you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, we advise you to track your parcel. Mirenesse will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure and track any returns.
• Depending on your location, returns can take up to 20 days to be returned to our warehouse.
• Mirenesse can refuse the right for a refund if these conditions are not met.
