1. Wash your face as usual
2. Connect the cable of the LED Mask to the mask controller
Note: Before using the unit, make sure that the controller is sufficiently charged
3. Turn it on by pressing the Power(Start/Pause) button
4. Wear the LED Mask and adjust the band to secure fit
5. Make sure that the eye shield completely covers your eyes properly then start the LED Treatment.
Note: Before use, please remove jewelry such as earrings and ensure the mask touches no precious metals
6. Relax with the Amazing LED Mask in place for the 10-minute treatment time, once treatment is finished follow with night cream or moisturiser.
7. Voice guide is provided for 3, 6, and 10 minutes, also as shown below, the controllers red lights indicate the remaining time.
8. Press the M Button to choose LED colors, there are a total of 7 colors, each color mode is always with Infrared (IR), and the indicator can be switched accordingly.
9. Please use 2- 4 times a week for best results, the various light therapy modes can be combined or alternated, for example, red lights one night blue lights the next, or combined on the same night one treatment after the other.
10. After treatment, please use a soft, dry cloth to clean and dry the mask, then store it in the provided case.

I have been using Power Lift Treatment Cream Moisturiser for many years and wouldn't use any other product. My skin just drinks in the light creamy consistency. I use it day and night and my skin is clear and only has a few tiny lines. I will be 75years old in a few weeks and nobody can believe it. I look at least 10 years or more younger, so I'm constantly told.

I love this product. Been using it for years, and now that I'm middle-age it does well on my dry skin. I have found that it can be a bit reactive with some foundations (even Mirenesse's own), especially around the eyes, but on its own it's fine. A lovely moisturiser, but I'm not sure that it's really worth the price compared to cheaper moisturisers on the markets for an every-day cream.

A Must Have
